Can someone give me combat bonus features or skills as a gift?

Unfortunately not. This would involve significant manual effort for us and therefore is not supported. Additionally, there is a risk that players may try to gain unfair advantages by using prohibited multi-accounts.

Can I buy diamonds or other goods from other players for real money?

No, this is not allowed and violates both our terms of use and Amazon's policies. There is a high risk that players may lose their money in such private sales without receiving anything in return. We cannot provide any support in such cases. If we become aware of any unauthorized real-money transactions, we will permanently and irrevocably exclude all affected accounts (buyers and sellers) from the gifting and trading function.

How can I secure my knight?

It is always good to know your own player number, as this is a way to uniquely identify your account. Additionally, account security provides extra protection, allowing us to verify ownership in case of account recovery. This is especially important for players who have not yet made any in-skill purchases.

Players who have already purchased a barrel or a truckload always receive the same player number from Amazon, even if Knight Manager is deactivated and reactivated. These accounts are therefore very secure and permanently linked to your Amazon account.

Due to the significant effort involved on our end, restoring your knight is unfortunately no longer possible. We appreciate your understanding.

When will my knight be deleted?

To ensure data minimization, knights that have been inactive for more than 6 months will be deleted. Knight accounts that have made at least one purchase will never be automatically deleted to protect their purchase history.

What can I do if I am missing diamonds or another item?

Before contacting us, we ask you to take the following steps:

1. Check your diamond history, gifts, and trading history on the website https://www.knight-manager.com to see if the missing diamonds or items may be listed there.

2. Restart the game multiple times to ensure that all start messages and possible credits are processed.

3. Open your mailbox with the command "mailbox" to make sure that the missing items are not just waiting for you to pick them up.

Why does the Dark Forest / Auto-battle function crash shortly after starting?

If the Dark Forest or Auto-battle function crashes shortly after starting, it is usually due to a sporadic device issue. In most cases, the problem can be resolved by fully restarting the device in question (such as by unplugging it). To ensure that it is actually a device issue, it is recommended to also test the function briefly with another device or through the smartphone app.

How can I link my Amazon account with Knight Manager?

Search for Knight Manager in the Skill Store using the search function or go to the "More" tab, then "Skills & Games," then "My Skills" in the Alexa app. Open the information page of the skill and tap "Settings," "Link Account," and then enter your Amazon account information in the form that appears. Start the skill on your Alexa device once. From now on, your created knight will be associated with your account and you will have access to the details of your knight after logging in to the website. As a reward, you will receive 10 diamonds every day at 12:00 pm.

Why can't I register on the Rittermanager website?

To connect Knight Manager with Alexa, you need to first set up the account linking in the Alexa app. Simply open the Knight Manager entry in the Alexa store, tap on "Settings", and select "Account Linking". Then, just log in with your Amazon login credentials.

It's important to start the skill first, as the information is only transferred when the skill is launched. After launching, you should be able to log in to the Knight Manager website. As a bonus, you will automatically receive 10 diamonds every day as a reward for successfully linking your account.

What can I do if someone insults or harasses me in a letter?

Once your knight has read the letter, please say "report letter". We will then immediately receive all important information about this letter and exclude the sender from the letter function.

Can I change the email address linked to my knight?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the email address of your knight.

What happens if I accidentally deactivate the skill?

Important: If the skill is accidentally deactivated, your account may be lost because the link to your ID is removed. To avoid losing your progress, please do not deactivate the skill.

Note for buyers: If you have made a purchase, you are safe. Amazon assigns a fixed ID for buyers, ensuring that your knight and progress remain intact even if the skill is deactivated.

Is there another way to purchase diamonds?
